We went to Eagle Springs for a classic footgolf competitive environment. Facundo takes the win again with a great run by Adam Wofford, one one kick differnce by both players. What is FootGolf?

It is a new sport that requires power and precision. Players kick a soccer ball into a 21" cup in as few shots as possible. The name 'FootGolf' is a portmanteau of the word "football" and the word "golf". The sport plays with very similar rules of golf, the main difference is that players kick a soccer ball instead of the players striking a golf ball with an iron club.

The FootGolf Tour STL's main objectives are to offer a series of tournaments throughout the year with the intention of finding the pioneer talent that will help the sport grow. We are committed to finding new sponsors, open new FootGolf venues on existing golf courses in the metro area, increase our winner's payouts to attract the highest skilled players in the area, promote the game to bring families together, and promote friendly events on different formats outside official competition. Our Tournaments

We play two 9-Hole rounds during Official Tournaments & Qualifiers. Major Championships require four 9-Hole rounds. All of our tournaments have a Shotgun Start. After completing the 1st Round of play, players take a 20 minute break while we divide the results into two flights, Championship and Recreational. A full field is considered 36 players allowing for a pace of play of 1 hour per 9-Hole round.
